The following cancellation policy applies when booking direct through our website. Please note that booking through a 3rd party provider incurs their own cancellation policy which may differ from ours.
- FREE CANCELLATION for any bookings up until 21 days prior to arrival date
- Cancellation of confirmed bookings less than 21 days before arrival date will incur a charge of one night’s accommodation
- Cancellation of confirmed bookings less than 14 days before arrival date will incur a charge of the full amount of the confirmed stay.
Payments Policy
Credit card details are required in order to secure the booking. No pre-payment or deposit is currently required.
